NISOMAR LIMITED is a full agency services company that was officially launched in January 2020 with an initial staff capacity of 6 professionals in Lagos, 3 in Port Harcourt, and 3 in Warri. Our offices, located in Lagos, Port Harcourt, and recently Warri, are managed by Kamal Guzuk and now with over 12 staff in total. NISOMAR services are provided to all ports and terminals across the country through the head office in Lagos and branch offices in Port Harcourt and Warri. We are registered as a limited company and were incorporated on the 13th of September 2019. NISOMAR Limited is fully compliant with the Taxation requirements according to the Nigerian Law of Taxation. We are registered with Federal Inland Revenue Services (FIRS) for filing our Corporate Tax and Value-Added Tax (VAT). We are also registered with Lagos State Board of Internal Revenue for With Holding Tax & PAYE. NISOMAR Nigeria provides full custody control for both crew and spares movement within the country. From a crew perspective, all land-based transfers use NISOMAR’s vehicles and staff, and for offshore transfer, these are carried out via launch from a private jetty in Apapa, Lagos
