The management at NISOMAR is responsible for the following:
Ensures that the customer requirements are determined
Monitors compliance with the principal requirement
Supplies the customer a quality service by listening to and understanding their needs, providing
innovative and agreed solutions to those needs
Acts upon internal and external feedback to improve our service
Identifies and manages risk throughout the organization
Continually monitors and improves the competency of personnel within the organization to ensure
current and future customer needs are achieved
