full agency service
NISOMAR acts as agents handling aspects of the ship call including cargo-related activities, vessel movement, and owner’s items, this service is known as Full Agency Services. As full agents, NISOMAR will arrange for, and coordinate both the charterer’s and owner’s activities.
service boat agent
We are responsible for the passing of Green Light, an arrangement of Pilots, and arrange all necessary approval for the movement of the service boat.
CHARTERER’S protective agency
NISOMAR can also be appointed to act on behalf of a vessel charter. In this case, NISOMAR may arrange the ships’ movements (unless the ship is consigned to another agent for that purpose), coordinate cargo activities and documentation, and arrange for customs clearance of the ship. This type of appointment would not usually include the responsibility of the owner’s related items as highlighted above.
Owners protective agency
NISOMAR is appointed to represent the interest of the shipowner and handle those ship husbandry matters generally referred to as Owner’s items i.e. those issues related to the crew, ship’s hull and machinery, stores, lubes, paint, freshwater, etc.
